The Hot Springs Arts & Film Institute, founded by Bill Volland, is committed to providing platforms for talented filmmakers to showcase their work. Our institute not only offers opportunities for filmmakers to exhibit their creativity but also aims to provide educational resources, networking forums, and a space for celebrating filmmakers and artists from all corners of the world.
Born out of a desire to address the existing inequality and lack of diversity within the film industry, the Hot Springs International Women's Film Festival holds a special place in our institute's mission. We are dedicated to amplifying the voices of women and creating a platform for their unique, thought-provoking, and educational stories to be told and celebrated.
By participating in the Hot Springs International Women's Film Festival, you will have the opportunity to connect with a diverse community of filmmakers, engage in meaningful discussions, and showcase your work to a discerning audience. We celebrate your creativity and are dedicated to providing the necessary resources and support for you to succeed.
To bring this festival to life, we have assembled a passionate team of filmmakers, volunteers, and members from "Women in Film of Arkansas." The festival champions the voices of women in filmmaking and provides an enriching experience for both filmmakers and audiences.
